8 Ball Respond To News from The Inbetweeners Simon Bird   By PRWEB

(PRWEB UK) 17 October 2012

Bird set a number of rumours to bed when he claimed that despite recent gossip, there are currently no set plans for a follow up to last years box office smash. The Inbetweeners movie followed the four teenagers from the fictional Rudge Park Comprehensive on an eventful holiday abroad and fetched £45million making it the highest grossing UK comedy film in history.

In a recent interview with Digital Spy, Bird revealed that he and his cast mates had not yet been approached, explaining that the last film felt like a natural conclusion to the E4 series, which aired from 2008-2010.

Devoted fans, fear not however, as the actor has not ruled out the possibility of a sequel, saying that the gang would be open to suggestions if presented with a good idea. Having followed all three series religiously the team at 8 Ball pricked up their ears at the prospect of a new film.
