HMI Performance Incentives, a Massachusetts company providing performance improvement solutions that include sales channel incentives, group travel, customer loyalty programs, and employee incentives, announced that Nancy Widman Smith and Rachel Tyner have joined its staff.
Widman Smith is now serving as the firms Marketing Manager. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH and holds a Certificate in Graphic Design from Suffolk University. Prior to joining the HMI team, Widman Smith worked as the Marketing and Design Manager for Sentient Jet Charter, a private jet charter company based in Braintree, MA. She brings over seven years of marketing experience within the luxury travel industry to her new position.
Tyner is the newest addition to HMIs Group Travel team. As a program coordinator, she is now responsible for helping run successful group incentive trips from beginning to end. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Rachel became a licensed salesperson at the Boulevard Realty Group. Through her work experience and volunteer activities, Rachel brings a wide range of skills to her new role.
