Two long-standing and highly respected accounting firms, Prager and Fenton LLP and Metis Group LLC, have combined their expertise to form Prager Metis International LLC. This combination, effective January 1, 2013, joins two firms who found their deep-rooted practices to be philosophically and culturally similar.
