The Future of Driving High Performance Sales Teams sales training and learning technologies event saw over 50 delegates descend upon Millbank Tower to hear from key speakers as they discussed the future of sales training and development across the business marketplace. Combining practical advice with valuable insight and experience, representatives from sales training experts Pareto, e-learning solutions provider Epic and Ben Turner of the ISMM delivered presentations centred on the theme of shaping high performance sales teams fit for the future of the industry.
Pareto was proud to present Sales Director of Managed Services, Bryn Thompson, who discussed the issues faced by UK business in attracting leading sales talent and the benefits of differentiating product or service offering through exceptional sales people. Bryn was joined by Client Services Director, John Holton, and Head of Sales Training, Shelley Gallagher who developed discussion around the practicalities of producing good, well-trained sales teams to generate the right results.
