For $75 per person, hungry lovebirds can enjoy a 4 course dinner with several choices of Italian favorites that combine traditional preparation with local and organic ingredients including starters such as 4 Raw Oysters on the Half Shell with Balsamic Geleé and Primi first courses featuring Linguini Tossed with Guianciale, Cracked Black Pepper and Uni and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Enticing Entrées offer a veritable culinary tour of Italy with a choice of Langostino Poached Lobster in Cardamom Broth with Clams and Mussels; Wild Boar Medallions Roasted in the Wood Oven; and Palios Vegetarian Cassoulet featuring Root Vegetables and Cannellini Beans Baked with Black Truffles.
Wine pairings will be available for $50 per person or guests can choose by the glass or bottle options, said owner and Maitre dHotel Martino Di Grande. Plus nothing says amore better than sharing our dessert choices including Panna Cotta Custard with Candied Rose Petals; Dark Chocolate Torta with Hazelnut Dulce de Leche Sauce; and our exotic Persimmon Soup with Clove, Peppercorns and Shortbread Croutons.
