Lake County voters will have several opportunities in the month of January to meet Mike Nerheim, Republican candidate for Lake County States Attorney, during his vigorous Its Time Tour. In his efforts to personally meet and talk with Lake County residents about the importance of the States Attorneys primary election on March 20th, Nerheim has several meet and greet receptions scheduled this month. His Its Time Tour kicked off Saturday in Highland Park, Illinois and events are scheduled to continue throughout the county.
Many Lake County voters may not realize the importance of the role of States Attorney. Residents should be knowledgeable about the crucial role the States Attorneys office plays in upholding justice and protecting the safety of our community, said Nerheim. The Its Time Tour is the perfect opportunity to learn about the role of the States Attorney and meet the candidate with the most experience on both sides of the law and a vision for building a stronger, safer Lake County.
Nerheims promise to Lake County: As States Attorney, I will lead a team that will be fully committed to investigating and prosecuting not just certain areas of crime, but rather all types of criminal conductfrom traffic violations to felonies, guaranteeing that these crimes are prosecuted vigorously according to the law.
Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly to Mike Nerheim, ask questions and share their points of view about the office of Lake County States Attorney at the following events:
