I need to scan full 8 1/2 by 11 magazine articles with pictures and lots of text. My company wants to place these pdf on the intranet for employees to read. What are the best settings to use to scan in the pages (such as dpi, index color, size, etc)in photoshop and settings used to print pdfs? Is it possible to get crisp readable text from a bitmap?
