Hello ALL,

I'm in need of a storage Raid solution for my workflow. I'm a one system (MAC PRO) production. I was looking at purchasind a DROBO. Firewire 800 , USB 2.0.

My main concern is transfer speed to and from the DROBO. I'm presently using ESTA in the system and usb 2.0, and can handle the process.

Any suggests before I fork over the $.

I like the idea of a DROBO because of it's simplicity. I don't hav the patients or time for setting up a Raid, and want to keep the $ to under 800$.
