SUBJECT: How to Scale an Image in Photoshop 7.0
KEYWORDS:
I need to scale an image in Photoshop. I know how to select the layer; Edit; Transform; Scale and then grab the image with the mouse and drag it to the new scale.

However, I don't know what scale the new picture will be. Once I rescale the picture, how can I find out if I scaled the picture down X %? Instead of dragging the picture to the new scale is there a dialogue box that I can put in the new scaled numbers and then it rescale to those numbers?

Thanks for any help on this...
