I created a Photoshop montage and then used this to create several other .psd files, making cutouts and adding effects etc. The client then needed to change the colours on the background photo, so I had to change the first montage and then drop it into the other .psd files and then go through the whole process again.

Is there any way of somehow updating the other files semi-automatically or is this not possible? Would Smart Objects help with this kind of thing? Haven’t used this before so don’t really know when to use them.

Hope someone might have an answer to this and thanks a lot if you have.
