Windows 7 64bit,

Adobe illustrator CS5

Imagine a brochur design in illustrator. One that uses the entire 11x8.5 space with graphics and where the text is spaced about a half inch away from all artboard edges. Now export that to a bmp, jpg or whatever. The result is always that the left edge of the brochure is completely gone and the text is right up to that edge. It didn't look like the data I added to the artboard shifted. But checking it again I decided it was.  Now, the image has always looked good in the print dialogue. But now when it prints, the text runs right up to each edge of the paper. This happened to me before in CS4. in CS4 I had to rebuild the document in a new artboard. So I tried it again in CS5. No success. Any solutions? The artboard is 11x8.5 as is the setting in the print dailouge. Even selecting borderless printing doesn't help.

BTW, for those who may remember me and how I used to be here at the WWUG user forums a lot. Helping others with all thier questions. I had disappeared for a few years. What happened? Life. You see when you are single you have a lot of time to do what you want. At least I did.  Computers, WWUG, Photoshop is what I liked to do a lot of. But in 2007 I met someone. We married in 2008 and on October 8th, 2010at 3am she gave birth to our baby boy, Peter H Janak, III. My wife, Mari has two other young daughters of her own that are of course mine now as well. So I have had little time for myself. The time I have had I used working on training material for a buddy and turning my brain to mush playing video games.  In fact the above problem has accord whilst making a brochure for that buddy.
