Pixelated text problem in PS CS4:

   The attached file was made starting with a 3000+ by 2000+ resolution image,

    Image, Image size to reduce the picture to 3.5" by 2"

    And then adding text.

    The product immediately looks badly pixelated and/poor resolution and prints the same.

    Does anyone have any suggestions about what we should try to get this right?

    I have tried every anti-alias setting. I have tried adding text to the full-size image but the Image, Image size reduction results in the same problem.

    We would be thankful for any suggestions that might be made. Thanks.

    P.S. When I try to add the image to this DMN question it appears that I must upload it to an HTML site? Is this site a DMN site or something you get from your internet provider?
