Does anyone have any general insights or troubleshooting tips for Premiere 6.5 generating an error message every time I close it down? The only info I have is that it is some kind of Exceprion Error No. c000005 (Access Violation). If I delete the prefs file, I can open and close Premiere once, but everytime after that it generates the error upoin closing regardless of the settings I select or whether or not i edited anything during the session.

System info: W2K SP3, Intel P4 2.4 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Premiere 6.5, Pinnacle DV500 4.5, GeoForce4 TI4600, Soundblaster 128 PCI, DirectX 8.1.
