Hi all, this one rots: I have a badQ tape from client in NTSC, and I am working on a PAL project for them in PPRO2. What's worse is that my NTSC cam's firewire connection is broke, so I am trying to import the footage using a Snazzio avio.pro card (http://www.snazzi.com/AvioPro_software.asp) thru the SVIDEO port. double rot. So the end result is that I get bad NTSC avi footage into my project. Now what? I can interpret/conform the footage into D1/Pal 1.067, but it does not fill the frame all the way (scaling up vertically makes things worse). I also have Canopus Pro2 software that can convert ntsc to pal, and while that fills the frame the quality is real bad. What to do? They really want this footage in there...
