SUBJECT: Outputting problem?

Hi
I am using FCP 5.0 on a MAC OS X 10.4.11.
I have made a 28 minute film which plays fine within FCP, but when I export it via compressor as MP4 or as a Quick Time
for burning to DVD, the audio jumps, missing words out
or repeating other words. I go back to the sequence to
check, and it sounds fine again. I have tried to repeat
the operations many times and the fault persists. This has not happened before. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks
Robert
