With a Blu-ray burner and Toast, you can make simple canned menus for your HD footage, and see how it looks on Blu-ray.
The next step is Adobe Production Premium CS4 with Encore, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Photoshop. This will get you to DVD-quality menus on recordables and replicated discs with BluStreak, though Encore is buggier and slower than DVD Studio Pro.
We are working towards better solutions on Mac, but if you want true pop-up menus and the interactive features of Blu-ray, the only solution today is switching to Windows and spending a lot more money.
We have information and are gathering production workflow examples and reports on our website.
