Hi all,

I'm setting up a Final Cut Pro system to work in HDV, using a JVC BR-HD50 as a deck. I can capture into FCP fine, no problems, but I can't play out to the deck and external monitor. Whenever I look into the A/V settings, Video Output is default set to 'none' and I can't find a way to change it.

Is it possible to view my timeline HDV footage back via the BR-HD50 deck? It's connected to the Mac Pro using a 6pin to 9pin Firewire cable.

(If I'm using a DV PAL sequence it works fine when playing out to a DV PAL Firewire 768x576 Output, but when I'm working in HDV it doesn't see the deck)

Any advice please?
