SUBJECT: Changing menu language with a script

Hi have a big problem, wants to use the language feature which also works greath, but need to put up a menu, in the beginning that select the language,
if i do that i cannot programmatically change the menu language. so if use the language feature i have to create seperate menu's for each language and not use the language bakground layer for menu's. can this really be true and if yes what the purpes thefeature..

i am also trying to detirmning wich fbi warning to show here.
