This topic is very confusing to me.  My final project will be burned onto DVD.  This means I use DV NTSC, yes?

Do I manually set C4D to 720x480 and render animation to individual frame (PSD or TIF)?  What then should my PAR be?  I want to work with square pixels in AE.
