Hey Brian, there isn't a specific node, but there is a turbulence field in the Pwind node. you can turn the wind speed down to 0 and the turbulence up and it behaves very much like the turbulence in the old skool particles. Under the object menu object library sub menu there is a planar wind object that gets you most of the way there. just select it in the object manager and us the user data fields to adjust the wind speed and turbulence strenght...
