years ago, I mixed down to this unit in pcm (not hi-fi), and recently went back to the tapes to transfer them to cd, but now I've got no audio out- it won't playback even a fresh try. I recall something about this unit being compatible with the old Sony F-1 system (?), or is there any way to get a usable digital signal out of this thing? Also, any help on getting a repair place would help too! thanks so much, I.A. !!
