It will be quite easy if you are running AutoDWG DWGSee software, which is available for free download here:
http://www.autodwg.com/dwg-viewer/
Install it and then run the DWG/DWF viewer, open up your drawing, click on print button, and there is an option "print in black and white" check this and done.
By the way, I am running DWGSee Pro software, it is featured with batch-plot, saved my bunch of time.
