SUBJECT: How to Sync and Play Blu-ray/DVD/HD videos on Apple TV 3?

As you see, the Apple TV 3 (new Apple TV 2012) is able to playback full high definition video in 1080p. So I want to know how to rip 3D Blu-ray movies for Apple TV 3 streaming in Full-HD 1080p. Is that possible? And how to get Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound? Please help me !
