Here is a tricky problem that i need a precise workflow for, taking a 2736x2048 180dpi pic and getting it down to 121x1xx or so, then rotating it a bit and adding a warp, and have it still sharp, as seen on this web design i am playing with:

It's the photo in the masthead that's blurry, and i've tried everything that i know how to do to keep it clear.

Any ideas? Much appreciated!
