Apart from Satori there are 2 products running only on Windows which I really would like to keep: Dragon Naturally Speaking and Net Objects Fusion.
A solution is to run Windows in a virtual machine under GNU. Another is to use "Wine" which implements the Windows API (Application Programming Interface) allowing Windows programs to run under GNU.
Installing and configuring all that is the sort of job which can wait untill there's a fortnight of really lousy weather in January!
