Hi everyone. Been lurking for a while and have learned a lot!

I'm having a slight problem in Acid Pro 7 punching in...

I'm able to punch in fine, BUT! when I split a section on othe track I want to punch into, it splits that same section on every track!

Although I only highlight the portion in the track I'm punching into and only have "record" engaged in said track, The rest of the tracks still split and though the audio and midi are untouched on those tracks after the punch in, it makes for a very ugly mess. How do I only split a section in one track without affecting all the other tracks at the same time?
