Mike is right about the terminology of the pan and crop window. With respect to this window, the zoom parameters adjust the size of the visible workspace.
I was talking about zooming on the image by adjusting the size of the frame in that window, which actually adjusts the Height and Width in the Position section in the uppoer left corner of the window. Yes it is keyframable.
