There might be a simpler solution, that solution being that there really isn't a problem at all. I recently switched from SD to HD and found that the videos tat i imported to 10 Pro were out of sync. At first I tried to manually move the audio tracks to get them to sync better with the video. Then I got a brainstorm. Perhaps there was no sync problem, but maybe my computer (a few years old Q6600)was unable to reproduce the clips properly. I deleted the segments that I had adjusted, replaced them with original downloads and rendered the project. Perfect sync!
