I recently returned from a trip to Norway (Wonderful).
I have a few still images of the Northern Lights which I would like to "liven up" a bit, but not merely pan/zoom. Not sure how to describe what I want - shimmering; rippling or what. I do have Vegas Pro 11 and BCC but don't know what effect to look for.
Any ideas welcomed.
