Sony Vegas: what best format to import

I'm still using Pro 10 on XP. I'm going to have some old family film transfered to a HD format, so I can edit, etc. and put on BD. I'm trying to decide on which company to use, but they each have different formats to use. Both are using 1080p versions.

1) Blackmagic AVI or Uncompressed AVI or MOV Uncompressed

2) 1080HD-AVI or 1080 ProRes422HQ or DPX Uncompressed 4:4:4 1080

I want to know which formats would work the best on Vegas without having big issues.
