SUBJECT: Which Editing Software?
KEYWORDS:
Which editing software will allow me to:

take a spinning image/ isolate part of the information of that image// replace it with other information that continues to change with fades/ then keep the image spinning
ie:
a little girl in a pink dress is spinning in a white room.
As she continues to spin, her dress fades to yellow then blue then green...
What is the simplest way to do this and /or what softeware will allow this rendering? THANK YOU:)!
