file. there's a note " crash occurred while invoking
effect plug-in "FE Glass".

FE Glass is an old plug-in that might not work in a newer version of AE CS. (which now comes bundles CC Glass. Go to your applications folder or Common plug-ins folder and remove the FE Glass (and other FE plugs) and then try re-launching AE.
