SUBJECT: Brighter colors and blacker black
I have some old footage (from old VHS tapes) that I’m trying to liven up. What effect(s) would you say would work best to bring sharpness to the blacks. I use NewBlue’s “Tint” for getting better colors and "Touch Up" (subtle) for smoothing but I am not happy with the blacks. I’d like the black to be blacker without darkening the rest of the colors. I have CS3 and the footage I am working on is mostly indoors parties. Thanks and best regards, Vasco

Thank you, Brian. I played around with those and there is an improvement. I apologize in advance for any further questions I may have later... Best regards, Vasco |
