SUBJECT: Bryce to DV help

Has anybody worked out the best work flow for this;

Animation from Bryce 5 - Aftereffects - FInal Cut - mini DV

Currenty I'm rendering to the Animation Codec in bryce then to AE for effects comp' rendered out to DV PAL Codec lower field first then to FCP for assembly.

Is there a better way in terms of quality and speed.?
