I realize this is the C4D forum, but some folks may be interested as there is no forum for the other software.
Recently Autodesk notified Motionbuilder users they would stop issuing reinstall licenses after July 2006 for users of MB Standard. This has irked many a Motionbuilder user. I looked for other alternatives as I will be affected after that point, and found Messiah Studio; the Messiah Studio folks liked my suggestion of a competitive upgrade.

This is an interesting alternative. I know that many MB users are disappointed with AutoDesk's new upgrade policy.
So much has changed - so quickly - in the last 3 years that it is hard to keep up with what MB is going to do next.
Gone are the days of the simple Kaydara.
