SUBJECT: Sijun Forum DiscussionFor those of you who may be interested, a discussion has been running on the Sijun Digital Art Forum on Satori's merits. I posted up some of my work (under the name of specialbrew) to hopefully illustrate some of it's qualities - this is athttp://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000372.html

SUBJECT: Re: Sijun Forum DiscussionI'd noticed from my website's logs that some traffic was coming in from sijun, so I looked it up. The URL link in your message did not work for me, but I just chopped off the last few folders and got the home page, where I followed the links.
There seems to be some intelligent discussion of Satori going on. I was also delighted to see some of your own "speciallly brewed" artwork...: Nice Stuff! Do you have your own website with more of this work?
I originally found this (sijun) site by following a link from Craig Mullins excellent site at www.goodbrush.com, which I strongly recommend to all painters, digital or otherwise.

SUBJECT: Re: Sijun Forum DiscussionMichael, thanks for your kind words - I do have a website at www.pawprint.demon.co.uk but I'm afraid there's very little else there than you've already seen. So far it's just been something of a testbed while I've been getting the hang of my web software.
However, all this will change next week when I will add most of the contents of my new folio to the site. As soon as this is done, I'll post a notice to this forum. All the artwork will be 100% Satori.

SUBJECT: Re: Sijun Forum DiscussionGreat! I'm sure many others as well as myself look forward to see what you have been producing with Satori.
If your "specialbrew" posting of Ted Hughes' Last Dinosaur is a foretaste, the rest of your folio will show how Satori can amplify good draughtsmanship and colour composition.
All the best, keep us posted.
